How the Work Gets Made
Observation
Everything starts with looking — really looking. At light, at tension, at the spaces between things.
Destruction
The first mark is always wrong. The process is one of controlled destruction until something true emerges.
Restraint
Knowing when to stop is the hardest skill. The final work is what survives the editing.
